On the evening of June 2, 2023, the main topping-out ceremony and celebration banquet of TRIO Tower 3, hosted by CBD Development Group and co-organized by Box Hill Institute, was successfully held at the Fountains Restaurant in Box Hill.
The prestigious topping-out gala dinner was attended by prominent leaders and staff from various organizations including Robert Chong, former Mayor of Whitehorse Council, Jane Grover, Chief Operating Officer of Box Hill Institute; Kenza Diari, fundraising manager of Eastern Health; Steve Stavrou, Director of Hickory Group; Steve Cahill, Construction Manager; Marco Gonzalez, Project Manager; John Jiang, Director of Austrump Group; Wang Bihong, President of Asian Business Association of Whitehorse; Charles Windeyer, Head of SRL Metropolitan Rail; Andrew Denehy and Sean Huggins, Partners at the law firm, and many others.
During the event, Mr Chen Guojing, Director of CBD Development Group, and Steve Stavrou, Director of Hickory Group, expressed their gratitude for the topping-out ceremony and shared their vision for the future.
Following that, Jane Grover, Chief Operating Officer of Box Hill Institute, the partnering organization of the evening, delivered a speech. She said, “We are delighted to witness the successful topping-out of TRIO Tower 3. We look forward to working together with CBD Development Group to create a collaborative and flourishing community in Box Hill.”
President Wang Bihong from the Asian Business Association of Whitehorse (ABAW) also delivered a speech, saying, “ABAW values community partnerships, economic growth, and social development in the Box Hill area. In line with this spirit, we are delighted to collaborate with CBD Development Group and eagerly look forward to more opportunities in the future.”
Following that, Director John Jiang from Austrump Group also delivered a speech, saying, “It is an honour to be a part of the TRIO Tower 3 topping-out gala dinner. I hope that the sales colleagues from Austrump will continue to strive and achieve outstanding sales performance!”

来自白马商会的王碧红会长也发表了讲话：：“TRIO万豪城的即将完工，为当地社区带来了新的、充满活力的氛围，同时也推动了地区经济的大发展。ABAW白马商会重视白马市的社区伙伴关系、经济和社会发展，本着这种精神，我们很高兴与 CBD 发展集团合作，并渴望在未来获得更多机会。在一起，我相信我们可以在未来的岁月里继续为 Box Hill 带来欢乐和成功！”
来自澳盛集团的董事长John Jiang也随后发表了讲话：“很荣幸能够参与到TRIO万豪塔三封顶晚宴活动当中。俗话说的好，好房子是‘美好生活的港湾’，能够提前走进未来的新家，近距离感受它的施工过程和工艺工法，相当于给TRIO万豪城未来的业主们吃下了一颗‘定心丸’。往日的成绩固然可喜可贺，我希望澳盛的销售同事们继续努力，再创销售佳绩！”
