Last Saturday brought about a momentous milestone for the CBD Development Group as we celebrated the topping out of Tower 2 Whitehorse TRIO Development, with three towers varying in height from 17 to 37 levels and featuring 440 luxury apartments. The intimate affair was attended by CBD Group Founder GUO JING CHEN alongside the CBD leadership team, our JV partner Hickory Group, Eastern Health hospital, and the local city councilor. With the building structure and façade installation now underway, we are excited to see TRIO take form and shape up to be a striking architectural landmark. |

Placing the final structural beam in place on a building is a significant project milestone. The journey of this project mirrors many of our values in which persistence, pushing boundaries, and raising standards were held high. The internal apartment fit-out works are now our key focus with Stage One of the project, Tower 2 and 3 are expected to settle in the 4th Quarter of 2023. |
